We planned, styled and organized this townhome to offer a city home for the owners by week and a short term rental by weekend.
Design Elements
The inspiration I used to interpret the style of this townhome was contemporary minimalism mixed with bold Texas tropical charm
Upstairs
This statement stairway and landing leads guest to their San Antonio inspired space. Across the hall you are met with the statement master queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings. This space was inspired by the location where the owner couple eloped.
Downstairs
The downstairs is lined with local, vintage and custom artwork including a custom neon piece by local S. 1st Street artist, Todd Sanders from Roadhouse Relics. Custom built ins and upholstery were designed by Mary including the low profile sofa and multi functional side tables as well as the TV bench storage and the desk day bed trundle. Mary's custom artwork is also featured in the downstairs office.
